Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped within 3 business days of your purchase via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

11HamiltonHome is not responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred on international orders; these must be paid by the customer. 


Returns

We accept returns for full refunds or exchange. All items must be returned in their original unused condition.Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Please contact us at hello@11HamiltonHome.com within 48 hours of delivery for approval and a return label. 11 Hamilton reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without approval.

In the event you receive an item that is damaged, please email hello@11HamiltonHome.com within 2 days of receipt of the item including photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for packaging and shipping the return within 3 business days after the return shipping label (pre-paid by 11HamiltonHome) is received.
